Transcript Requests

Official transcripts are issued by the Registrar's Office and bear the College seal and Registrar's signature. Official Transcripts are not processed if the student has an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise, due ASC. Enrolled students can obtain an unofficial transcript via www.adams.edu/onestop.

On-line

Adams State College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. To order an official transcript, login to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse here:

Official transcripts are $5. Additionally, there is a $2.25 processing fee per order. If you are first-time visitor, you will be directed to create a personal profile and user ID/Password, which you will use to place future orders.

The site walks you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. Completing the Consent to Release form is required and must be returned to NSC before orders are processed and credit cards charged. These should NOT be returned to Adams State College.

If you need help or have questions about the National Student Clearinghouse's transcript ordering service, contact them via e-mail at transcripts@studentclearinghouse.org or phone 703-742-7791.

The National Student Clearinghouse provides online ordering service for Adams State College students and alumni 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed after hours are processed the next working day by the University Registrar's Office.

To ensure confidentiality and to comply with federal regulations when using the internet, you must authenticate yourself. Alumni and students, electing the online service, are presented with the Consent to Release form. You are instructed to print the form, sign and fax it to the Clearinghouse before your order can be completed. In addition to the convenience of credit card payment, the online service provides email notifications as orders are received and processed by the Registrar's Office.

Walk-In

Walk-in requests for transcripts can be made at the One Stop Student Services Center located in the Student Union Building on the corner of First and Stadium streets. Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:45pm (Summer hours are 7:30am to 4:15pm).

Parents and other third parties may obtain a student's transcript provided they have written authorization from the student and photo ID.
