Enrollment and Degree Verification
Adams State College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official degree and enrollment verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse provides quick and easy online verifications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The verification provided by National Student Clearinghouse is accurate and official. The information is transmitted by Adams State College to the National Student Clearinghouse on a regular basis.

If you are a student, you can obtain degree and enrollment verifications online by accessing the One Stop Student Services Page and following these directions:
- Click on the Degree & Enrollment Verification link on the One Stop Student Services page.
- Log in using your network login name and password.
- You will be taken to the National Student Clearinghouse page on a second window.
- This window will give you access to Enrollment and Degree Verification reports.
The National Student Clearinghouse site will walk you through placing your order.
Any requests submitted to the Registrar's office for enrollment verification or degree verification will be re-directed to the National Student Clearinghouse and will delay the verification process.
To protect the student's privacy, it is important that student log off from both the clearing house site and the Adams State College site.
NOTE: NSC's services can be used only if your Social Security Number is on record with Adams State College. If your Social Security Number is not on record, please contact the records office.
