Call for Spellbinders (10-04-07)
Are you interested in the art of storytelling or becoming a better storyteller? Do you have an interest or desire to work with youth? Adams State College Community Partnerships and Spellbinders in the San Luis Valley are calling for interested individuals to become future spellbinders. Julie Herrera, certified spellbinder, will provide an informational session at noon Monday, Oct. 15, in the Adams State Student Life Center located in the Student Union Building. This art of storytelling training opportunity is free of charge. Participants will meet once a week for five weeks. Time of trainings will be determined by the majority of participants. The first four weeks provide training on the art of story telling with the last week dedicated to practicing story telling.
