Enabling SMTP Auth in Mozilla Thunderbird
To prevent spammers from sending email via our mail servers, Adams State College blocks transfers from off campus. Some campus users need the ability to use their normal mail client when they are on the road. SMTP Auth allows users to authenticate to our mail server so that they can send email. Note: SMTP Auth will require you to enter your password at the start of every email session whether you are on campus or off.
