Faculty Recognition Dinner April 5 (03-18-08)
All faculty members are invited to the new Faculty Recognition Dinner, Saturday, April 5. A reception will be held at 5:15 in the Luther Bean Museum, followed by dinner at 6:15 in the SUB Rm. 309.
The event will honor retiring Emeritus faculty, those receiving tenure and promotions, and those receiving the Presidential Teaching Award. The finalists for the award include Dr. Robert Astalos, assistant professor of physics; Eva Brown, instructor and coordinator of distance degree program in sociology; Dr. Stephanie Gonzales, assistant professor of sociology; Dr. Kim Kelso, chair of the psychology department; Gene Schilling, professor of art; and Armando Valdez, assistant professor of business.
