FYEE becomes Student Engagement and Success (06-04-08)
The Student Engagement and Success department (SES) is organized to address student retention and success and will work closely with all departments to achieve that goal. SES is responsible for the First Year Interest Groups (FIGs), New Student Orientation (NSO) and Student Advising (SA). The new director of SES, S. Masood Ahmad, reports to the Provost.
Student advising at SES is provided for all students who have not declared a major and/or those students who have been admitted conditionally.
