Undergraduate Admission
Students Seeking Admission to the Teacher Education Program
- There are 3 phases involved in the admission application process:
- Phase I Admission: The second Tuesday of September/February: Admission Applications are due. Information and required materials may be found on the links below.
- Phase II Theme Writing: The first Tuesday and Wednesday of October/March: When you submit your application, you will schedule a date to write your Theme Paper. (4:00 pm, location TBA) You will be notified via e-mail about your performance score.
- Phase III Interview: The first week of November/April: When you submit your application, you will schedule a time and date for your Admission Interview. Students will be notified in writing about the outcome of the admission process.
(Successful completion of all phases are required for admission into the Teacher Education Program. A cumulative GPA of 2.75 and all pre-requisites must be completed with "C" or better by the end of the application semester for unconditional admission.)
