Shawn Elliott is a Nursing Education Specialist for Adams State College. Her position has been established through a grant provided by the Colorado Trust. Ms. Elliott's role as defined through the grant is to educate nursing students in both the Adams State Colllege (ASC) and Trinidad State Junior College (TSJC) nursing programs. She serves as a mentor to new nursing instructors from TSJC and provides release time for the TSJC faculty who are pursuing a graduate degree.
Shawn's clinical specialty is in Pediatrics to include the following areas: outpatient, inpatient medical/surgical & oncology, and intensive care. She also has nursing management & nursing informatics experience.
