HPPE DRESS CODE
The department of HPPE conducts classes in a variety of environments from lecture theaters to gymnasia, laboratory, sports fields and public schools. Student dress and personal presentation expectations change according to the environment. Students are expected to dress and present themselves in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.
In public schools, students should dress as if they were a teacher in the school. In activity sessions students should wear the appropriate active wear and footwear and take precautions with regard to personal safety; for example the removal of intrusive jewelry. Laboratory class sessions may require specific clothing as indicated by instructor. Students attending lecture classes should dress with regard to general decency and respect for others, the instructor and the occasion.
At all times students should abide by the instructors advice, recommendations and decisions.
